If you need to make changes to your health insurance plan then you can contact us directly and we will assist you:

• send us an email at service@episodic.co.za

You just need to have your policy number and ID number ready. We can help you make the following amendments:

• add or remove insured members on your plan
• upgrade or downgrade benefits on your plan
• change your banking details
• update your contact information
• update your physical or postal address
• cancel your policy
